SciEspresso is an informational and educational product. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Always verify critical information with original sources and qualified professionals.

3. Plans and Subscriptions

• Single Shot (Free): Limited weekly summaries, opening segment of the weekly audio briefing, and search across recent content, as stated in the app.
• Double Shot (Premium): Standing Searches with nightly paper scans, unlimited summaries, full podcast episodes, complete archive search, offline listening, and playback controls.
• Billing, renewals, and cancellation are managed through your app store account settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SciEspresso and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on summarized content.

5. Eligibility

The app is not intended for children under 13 years old.
