By downloading or using the SciEspresso mobile application (the "Licensed Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Standard EULA

SciEspresso adopts the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). You can find the full text provided by Apple here: Apple Standard EULA.

2. Medical & Scientific Disclaimer

The content provided within SciEspresso (summaries, briefings, and "espresso shots") is for informational purposes only. SciEspresso is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding a medical condition.

3. Subscriptions

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Single Shot, Double Shot, Master Roast).

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store.
