3. Plans and Subscriptions

Single Shot (Free): Limited daily summaries and audio.
Double Shot (Premium): Expanded or unlimited access depending on active app plan.
Billing, renewals, and cancellation are managed through your app store account settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SciEspresso and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on summarized content.

5. Eligibility

The app is not intended for children under 13 years old.
